Brenna is a mixed stitch cowl worked in three colours of Cumbria. There are five panels each with their own stitch pattern including striped garter, wicker, mini bobbles, moss and linen. The cowl is worked flat and seamed to create the cowl. Alternatively, the cowl could be worked with a provisional cast on and instead of binding off, joining the two ends for an invisible seam by grafting with the Kitchener stitch.
