Farra is a slouchy raglan sweater with an oversized fit and voluminous balloon sleeves. Knitted seamlessly from the top down, it features a dynamic honeycomb stitch that pops beautifully in brushed Cirro. YARN:
The Fibre Co. Cirro (40% Suri alpaca, 40% organic cotton, 20% Merino wool, 225 m (246 yd) per 50 g hank) in shade – Seraphic 5 [5: 6: 7: 8: 8: 9: 10: 11] hanks.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
Farra is a classic raglan sweater with an exaggerated silhouette and balloon sleeves. Worked seamlessly top down in the round – Starting at the neck, with raglan shaping for body and sleeves. After yoke shaping is complete the body is finished. Sleeves are worked top down in the round and end with a snug ribbed cuff, giving the sleeves an attractive gather. An all-over honeycomb stitch pattern that uses slipped stitches gives a sophisticated textural effect.

RECOMMENDED EASE:
Designed with 5-30 cm (2-12 in) of positive ease at chest circumference.

TENSION/GAUGE:
21 sts and 28 rnds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over Honey st patt after blocking using 4.5mm (US 7) needles. 

NEEDLES AND NOTIONS REQUIRED: 

• 3.5mm (US 4) 80 cm (32 in) circular needle
• 3.5mm (US 4) 40 cm (16 in) circular needle
• 3.5mm (US 4) circular needles or double-pointed needles for working a small circumference in the round
• 4.5mm (US 7) 80 cm (32 in) circular needles (or size to obtain gauge)
• 4.5mm (US 7) 40 cm (16 in) circular needles (or size to obtain gauge)
• 8 Stitch markers
• 2 Long stitch holders or waste yarn (for holding sleeve stitches)
• Darning needle
