CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
Long Tail cast-on is the method used for all cast-on edges. However, you can use whichever cast-on method you prefer. This garment is worked from the bottom up in pieces and seamed. The neckband is then picked up and worked in the round to finish.

RECOMMENDED EASE:
To be worn with 5-8 cm (2-3 in) of positive ease

TENSION/GAUGE:
17 sts and 25 rows to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st using 5mm (US 8) needles, after blocking.

NEEDLES AND NOTIONS REQUIRED: 

  • 1 pair of 4.5mm (US 7) straight or circular needles and 4.5mm (US 7) 40cm (16in) circular needle
  • 1 pair of 5mm (US 8) straight or circular needles
