Nordlándda

The need for warmth and comfort is starting to reach its peak here in the Northern hemisphere and so it feels like the perfect time to turn to hand knit accessories made with perfectly soft yarn. Our most recent design collection, Nordlándda, features 8  warm and enticingly textured accessories in our 2 ply bulky weight yarn, Tundra. Designed by Rachel Brown and shot on location in the hills of Cumbria, this is a collection intended for the best of Winter days.

Nordlándda draws inspiration from the cold, with each accessory taking its name from a place in Norway, north of the Arctic Circle. Within the collection are hats, cowls, mittens and scarves that call for 1-3 skeins, making these perfect for sudden snow fall or the need for something comforting on your needles.

Tundra, our 2 ply bulky weight yarn, combines baby alpaca, merino and silk to give a rich feeling of warmth for knits that sit next to your skin. With a colour palette that draws inspiration from the Earth, Tundra feels like a trusted friend to share the season with.
