Description

Bowness is a classic raglan sweater knitted top down in the round. The body features a grid-like knit/purl texture whilst the sleeves are in simple stockinette. Our Donegal tweed Arranmore adds gorgeous depth of color and nubby texture to this wardrobe staple.

Yarn:

The Fibre Co. Arranmore (80% merino wool, 10% cashmere, 10% silk, 160 m (175 yd) per 100 g hank) in shade Liadan – 4 [5: 5: 6: 6: 7] hanks. Our yardage includes enough for an 8×8” gauge swatch.

Gauge:

15 sts and 24 rnds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st after blocking using 5mm (US 8) needles.
