The Cloudspotter Tee by Lindsey Newns, the crochet designer behind Lottie & Albert, has dreamt up a boxy striped tee that epitomizes laidback summer style. It features simple stripes, cuffed sleeves and is worked in moss stitch. The basic panel construction and shaping-free design make it ideal for beginners.

The t-shirt is crocheted in rows, bottom up, in two panels which are then joined at the shoulder and side, creating a drop shoulder. A cuff is added to the sleeve after joining.

The Fibre Co. Meadow (40% Merino wool, 25% baby llama, 20% silk, 15% linen, 498 m (545 yd) per 100 g hank) – 3–6 hanks.

Colors:

The photos show the tee in the shades Queen Anne's Lace - MC and Fennel - CC.
