Description
This poncho / cardigan is worked seamlessly, from the center to cuff. The right frontand right back are worked separately to the shoulder then joined and worked in one piece to near the cuff, joined in the round and worked to end of cuff. The left front is picked up along the cast on edge of the right front. The left front is worked separately to the shoulder, then the pieces are joined and completed like the first half of the poncho.
Yarn:
The Fibre Co. Canopy Fingering (50% baby alpaca, 30% merino wool, 20% viscose from bamboo, 183m (200 yd) per 50 g hank) in Red Ginger – 8 hanks
Gauge:
24 stitches & 34 rows = 4 in (10 cm) in stockinette stitch
