This seamless cardigan begins by working the collar and then the center back panel is picked up and worked down. The front lapels are worked next, then each side of the body is picked up and worked outward. After a three needle bind off for the side seam, the remaining sleeve stitches are worked on circular needles or doubled pointed needles to the cuff.

Yarn:

The Fibre Co. Acadia (60% merino wool, 20% baby alpaca, 20% silk; 133m (145yds) per 50g hank) in Amber – 12 [12: 13: 14: 15: 16] hanks

Gauge:

20 stitches & 28 rows = 4 in (10 cm) in stockinette stitch

Sizes and measurements:

Designed to fit bust 30 (34-38-42-46-50) in or 76 (86-96- 107-117-127) cm

Needles and notions required:

  • 4mm (US 6) 40 cm (16 in) circular needle
