Description

With a dash of whimsy and a pinch of practicality, Tamdou is a cozy asymmetrical triangular shawl that’s perfect for showing off bright colors.

This pattern is also available as a kit.

Yarn:

The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering (60% merino wool, 30% brown masham wool, 10% mohair; 300m (328yds) per 100g hank) in Hadrian’s Wall (A) - 1 hank, Scafell Pike (B) - 1 hank and Helvellyn (C) - 1 hank.

Construction notes:

Latticed lace sections are interspersed with garter stitch stripes, and a splash of picot in a contrasting color binds off the edge. The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering creates a fabric that’s both sturdy and soft, with a lovely drape.
