Mullein is a long rectangular wrap, designed by Amanda Jones, and features a gorgeous array of patterns and geometry. This project uses short rows in stripes, mixed with open-work lace and bobbles to create a wonderful project for the advanced beginner who would like to practice more advanced techniques.
For those who have mastered basic knitting techniques and are ready to expand their skills. Patterns may introduce slightly more complex techniques and patterns, such as shaping, increasing, decreasing or working multiple colors or easy lace patterns. The yarn weight may vary, and the patterns might introduce working with double-pointed needles or circular needles. Patterns will help knitters gain confidence and experience with new techniques while still working within a manageable level of difficulty.
