Cables all around make this bulky toque a fun and interesting knit.Worked in The Fibre Co.’s luxe Tundra yarn, this hat features tons of interest in the large cable panels bordered by single honeycomb cable columns. Crown decreases are worked into the large cable panels.
YARN:
The Fibre Co. Tundra (60% baby alpaca, 30% merino wool, 10% silk, 109m (120 yd) per 100g hank) in Boreal – 2 hanks
NEEDLES:
US 9 (5.5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular or double pointed needles as desired, or SIZE NEEDED TO GET GAUGE.
TENSION/GAUGE:
20.25 stitches & 19.25 rnds = 4″ (10 cm) in cable pattern
GARMENT MEASUREMENTS:
Circumference: approximately 17.5 (19, 20.5)” or 44.5 (48.5, 52) cm.
Height: 8.5 (9.5, 10)” or 21.5 (24, 25.5) cm.
