Description

Wythop is a pretty twist on a traditional yoke sweater, featuring a rosebud bobble and lace stitch pattern. It is knitted seamlessly from the bottom up and features short row shaping at the neck for an improved fit. Acadia gives the garment beautiful depth of color and texture as well as exceptional drape. Yarn:

The Fibre Co. Acadia (60% merino wool, 20% baby alpaca, 20% silk, 133 m (145 yd) per 50 g hank) in shade Rosebay 9 [9: 10: 12: 13: 14] hanks. Our yardage given includes enough to knit an 8” x 8” gauge swatch. We recommend alternating hanks as you work to give an overall blended appearance.

Gauge:

24 sts and 34 rnds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st after blocking using 3.5mm (US 4) needles.
Rosebud pattern (10 sts) measures 4.2 cm (1.7 in) wide.
