Oporto Sample

Description

This piece is seamless. The front & back panels are worked separately to the neck, then joined. Then the collar is worked in the round. Each side/sleeve is picked up on the sides on the center panels & worked in the round.

You can make your own version by purchasing the Oporto Pattern and Meadow, and Luma or Acadia.

Grey version:
The Fibre Co. Meadow (40% Merino, 25% baby llama, 20% silk, 15% linen), 498m (545yd) per 100g hank) in shade Black Adder (B) – 3 hanks.
The Fibre Co. Luma (50% Merino wool, 25% organic cotton, 15% linen, 10% silk, 125 m (137 yd) per 50 g hank) in shade Shadow – 4 hanks.

Pink version:
The Fibre Co. Meadow (40% Merino, 25% baby llama, 20% silk, 15% linen), 498m (545yd) per 100g hank) in shade Pokeweed (B) – 3 hanks.
The Fibre Co. Acadia (60% Merino wool, 20% baby alpaca, 20% silk, 133 m (145 yd) per 50 g hank) in shade Rosebay – 4 hanks.

Measurements:

To fit hip/bust: 42 in (106.5) cm with no ease at the hip, a lot of ease at the bust (not measurable).

Notes:

These hand-knitted samples have been gently worn for photoshoots and displayed at trunk shows, so they may show light signs of wear. Each piece has been lovingly cared for and is ready to enjoy.
