Description

Pat Menchini loves to take design inspiration from classic Aran sweaters, and her latest project features a richly textured fabric formed from bramble stitch, ribbing and twisted stitches. The project has a ribbed shawl collar, shaped using short rows, and the sleeves are knitted from the top down, so their length can be adjusted easily. Pat’s design is knitted in our wonderfully soft and springy &Make Aran, a wool-alpaca blend twisted into a staple 2-ply yarn.

Yarn:

The Fibre Co. &Make Aran (50% Highland wool, 50% alpaca, 150 m (164 yd) per 100 g ball) in shade Aqua Man – 10 (11, 12, 13, 14) balls.
