The One Series is an ongoing collection from The Fibre Co., inspired by the idea that one garment can be worn and loved by people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Starting with the basic principle that "a simple sweater is universal: it’s a garment every wardrobe benefits from," the collection now offers eight beginner-friendly designs to help you create your perfect wardrobe staples. Choose from two versatile One Yoke designs, the essential One Sock, four variations of our beloved One Sweater, and the classic One Cardigan.
A Light and Airy Tee with Two Yoke Options
One Yoke Tee
The One Yoke Tee is a light and airy top-down knit designed for warmer seasons. With a choice of a delicate lace or minimalist texture yoke, this seamless tee offers effortless style for any occasion.
The lace version is knit in The Fibre Co.’s Acadia, offering the ideal combination of softness, comfort, and drape. The texture version is knit in Luma, a yarn designed for year-round comfort. Both yarns allow you to create lightweight fabrics that are soft and adaptable to changing temperatures, making the One Yoke Tee a wardrobe staple for the warmer months.

One Yoke
Colorwork, lace, or texture? Knit your favorite! Made from the top down seamlessly in one piece, One Yoke is a relaxed, modern, and cropped pullover with long sleeves and a yoke that you make uniquely yours.
With the One Yoke pullover, you’ll have three different yoke designs to choose from. Whether it’s striking stranded colorwork, exquisite lace, or intriguing texture, your One Yoke will look spectacular and wear well regardless of which yoke you choose. A complete guide to sock knitting
One Sock
To celebrate the launch of our sock yarn Amble, we introduced the One Sock pattern by Kate Atherley to the One Series. Amble was designed to be the perfect sock yarn, made with a blend of Easy-wash merino, Easy-wash alpaca and recycled nylon.
With customizable fit options, the One Sock pattern includes a One Sock Guidebook and a beginner-friendly One Sock Baby pattern. It provides instructions for 4 baby sizes and 11 adult sizes, plus an essential video series to guide you through every step.

a timeless gender-inclusive sweater knit in 15 Sizes
One Sweater
The founding One Sweater pattern for this ever-growing collection was designed by Becky Baker in The Fibre Co.’s Cumbria yarn. It is a simple raglan pullover, gender-inclusive and available in 15 sizes. Knit from the top down with two length options, this pattern allows you to tailor your sweater to your measurements and try it on as you go.
It felt only right to use Cumbria—the yarn we developed to celebrate the community we live in. This worsted-weight yarn comes in a rich palette of colors inspired by the lakes and hills of the English Lake District. An accompanying video series guides you through every step, making One Sweater a fantastic project for first-time sweater knitters.

A lighter-weight version of The One Sweater
One Sweater DK
A lighter-weight version soon followed with the One Sweater DK, offering even more versatility than the original. With four yarn options—Acadia, Arranmore Light, Lore, and Luma—and over 90 colorways to choose from, this design provides endless possibilities.
Featuring short row neck shaping for an improved fit and classic raglan detailing, the pattern is offered in over 15 sizes, ranging from age 1–2 up to a 64-inch chest, with the option of a shorter or longer length for the adult sizes.

A textured version of one sweater
One Sweater Texture
Next up was the One Sweater Texture, using The Fibre Co.’s Cumbria yarn. One Sweater Texture builds on the original design by adding a stitch pattern on the front to create a rich textured fabric and more knitting fun.
With 15 sizes from infant to adult and the option of a shorter or longer length for the adult sizes, this versatile sweater pattern is sure to be a wardrobe staple for all genders. The textured front panel can also be knitted in two options—as a full panel of texture, or as a more centralized panel for a geometric appearance.

One Sweater V-neck
One Sweater V-neck continues the series in its timeless raglan design in 15 sizes and two adult length options. This version not only introduces a flattering V-neckline but also offers the opportunity to hold two yarns together, creating beautifully heathered fabrics.
One Sweater V-neck is knit holding two different yarns together with either Cirro and Arranmore Light or Cirro and Meadow held together. Each of these yarns has its own unique characteristics, and when combined they create a thicker fabric with the qualities and characteristics of both yarns. The warmth and volume from Arranmore Light knit with the fuzzy softness of Cirro merge to a wonderfully cozy, heathered fabric, whereas Cirro combined with Meadow creates a lighter-weight garment with a beautiful drape.

A classic everyday staple cardigan
One Cardigan
Branching beyond our One Sweater, the One Cardigan, designed by Sarah Hatton, is another beginner-friendly wardrobe staple available in 15 sizes. This classic V-neck raglan cardigan is designed for our DK-weight yarns: Acadia, Arranmore Light, Lore, and Luma. With two length options, you can easily tailor the fit to your measurements. Knit in one piece from the top down, the One Cardigan features a textured 2×2 rib.
