Additional stitches are added under each arm to form underarm panels which will be worked in garter stitch. The front and back panels slant slightly inwards forming a flattering silhouette. At the bottom of the top, a narrow ribbing finishes off the bodice. An i-cord neckline is picked up and knitted to finish the garment.
