About The Fibre Co.
Do you still sell yarn?
Our yarn is now sold out. The Fibre Co. continues as a pattern brand, with a library of over 300 knitting and crochet patterns available to purchase and download from our website.
Will yarn be available again in the future?
We hope so. We are exploring possibilities for yarn to return under new ownership or a licensing arrangement. In the meantime, our patterns are designed to work beautifully with a wide range of natural fibre yarns available from independent yarn shops around the world.
Where can I find The Fibre Co. yarn?
While we no longer sell yarn directly, some of our yarn lines may still be available through independent yarn shops.
Patterns
How do I access my pattern after purchase?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link for your pattern PDF. You can also access your purchases at any time by logging into your account on our website.
How can I add a pattern I purchase to my Ravelry Library?
After you purchase a pattern on our website you will receive an order confirmation page. It will give you instructions on how to add it to your Ravelry Library. If you click away from this order confirmation window, to get back to it at any time, you just need to log into your account on our website and click on the VIEW DOWNLOADS button. You will then see the Downloads pop up window where you can choose which pattern you want to download. The pattern download link will then take you back to your order confirmation page where you can either add the pattern to your Ravelry library or download the PDF file.
Some patterns purchased on our website cannot be added to Ravelry libraries. When this applies, a note is included at the bottom of the pattern’s product page.
Can I use my patterns on multiple devices?
Yes. Once downloaded, your pattern PDF can be saved and accessed on any of your personal devices.
Are your patterns available on Ravelry?
Many of our patterns are available through Ravelry as well as directly on our website. Purchasing through either platform gives you a personal licence to use the pattern for your own making.
Where can I find pattern corrections and errata?
All known corrections to our patterns are listed on our Pattern Errata page, which is kept up to date. We recommend checking there if you think you've spotted an error.
I'm having trouble with a pattern. Who can I contact?
Please email us at patternsupport@thefibreco.com with your order number and details of the issue. We'll do our best to help.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. We also support Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and PayPal.
What currencies can I use?
We currently accept payments in USD (United States Dollar).

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy for digital patterns?
Purchases of digital content, including pattern PDFs, are final sales and are neither returnable nor refundable.
What if there is an error with my order?
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at contact@thefibreco.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll look into it promptly.
