This kit includes one hank of The Fibre Co.’s Cumbria, a classic wool blend beloved for its warmth, strength, and soft hand. A blend of merino wool, masham wool, and mohair, Cumbria brings ensures little feet stay warm, snug and cozy. The gentle heathered tone and its timeless natural feel make this small project truly special—an heirloom-quality knit that’s sure to be treasured. 

Yarn:

The Fibre Co. Cumbria (60% Merino wool, 30% masham wool, 10% mohair, 216 m (236 yd) per 100 g hank) – 1 hank. Approx. used per pair: 50 [65: 85: 110] m (45 [60: 75: 100] yd).

Note: This kit includes enough yarn to make two pairs of baby socks.

The given sizes are recommended to fit a foot circumference of: 9.5 [11: 12.5: 14] cm (3.75 [4.25: 5: 5.5] in)
Foot circumference: 9.5 [11: 12.5: 14] cm (3.75 [4.25: 5: 5.5] in)
Leg length (rib unfolded): 7.5 [8.5: 9: 9.5] cm (3 [3.25: 3.5: 3.75] in), adjustable to preference
Foot length: 9.5 [11: 12.5: 14] cm (3.75 [4.25: 5: 5.5] in), adjustable to fit

Choose the size closest to the circumference of the little one’s foot, taken just around the ball of the foot. If in doubt, go bigger, as feet do grow.
