Yarn:
The Fibre Co. Cumbria (60% Merino wool, 30% masham wool, 10% mohair, 216 m (236 yd) per 100 g hank) – 1 hank. Approx. used per pair: 50 [65: 85: 110] m (45 [60: 75: 100] yd).
Sizes and measurements:
Preemie [Newborn: 3-6 months: 9-12 months]
The given sizes are recommended to fit a foot circumference of: 9.5 [11: 12.5: 14] cm (3.75 [4.25: 5: 5.5] in)
Foot circumference: 9.5 [11: 12.5: 14] cm (3.75 [4.25: 5: 5.5] in)
Leg length (rib unfolded): 7.5 [8.5: 9: 9.5] cm (3 [3.25: 3.5: 3.75] in), adjustable to preference
Foot length: 9.5 [11: 12.5: 14] cm (3.75 [4.25: 5: 5.5] in), adjustable to fit
Choose the size closest to the circumference of the little one’s foot, taken just around the ball of the foot. If in doubt, go bigger, as feet do grow.
Gauge:
26 sts and 32 rnds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st using 4mm (US 6) needles.
