Description

Embodying relaxed comfort, the Primavera Tee is straightforward in its elegance. This oversized tee is all about easy wearing, designed with a focus on loose, airy comfort. It features a stockinette stitch interspersed with an eyelet lace pattern at the hem and cuffs, adding a touch of detailed finesse. The twisted rib at the neck and sleeve edges provide a neat, tailored finish, ensuring the tee retains its shape.

Crafted in The Fibre Co.’s Luma, a practical yet luxurious blend of merino wool, organic cotton, linen, and silk, the tee guarantees softness and durability. Luma’s adaptability to fluctuating temperatures makes the Primavera Tee a versatile choice, especially welcoming as the warmth of Spring begins to blossom. It's a fulfilling knit, promising a timeless piece that pairs functionality with casual elegance.

This pattern is also available as a kit, that includes the PDF pattern and 7–14 hanks of Luma yarn.

Yarn:

The Fibre Co. Luma (50% Merino wool, 25% organic cotton, 15% linen, 10% silk, 125 m (137 yd) per 50 g hank) in shade Sage – 7 [7: 8: 9: 10: 11: 12: 13: 14] hanks.

Construction notes:

The Primavera Tee is knitted flat from the bottom up, with each piece – back, front and sleeves – worked separately and then seamed using Mattress Stitch. The bulk of the top is knit in stockinette stitch, with eyelet lace followed by 1x2 twisted rib detailing at the hems and cuffs. The neck trim is also worked in the same 1x2 twisted rib pattern. This garment has very little shaping, and is designed to be comfortably oversized.
