Rannerdale is a super-wearable raglan pullover with a stylish folded neckband and pretty cable detailing down the centre of both sleeves. It is constructed seamlessly from the top down and uses short rows to create a slight scoop at the front neck. YARN:
The Fibre Co. Lore (100% lambswool, 250 m (273 yd) per 100g hank) in shade Stable 4 [4: 4: 5: 5: 6: 6: 7: 8] hanks. Our yardage given includes enough to knit an 8” x 8” tension swatch.
NEEDLES:
3.5mm (US 4) circular needles or double-pointed needles for working a small circumference in the round
Two 3.5mm (US 4) 40 cm (16 in) circular needles. (The second one is for joining the collar edging; using one in a size that’s close will be fine if you don’t have two the same size)
3.5mm (US 4) 60-120 cm (24-48 in) circular needle for working yoke and body
4mm (US 6) circular needles or double-pointed needles for working a small circumference in the round (or size to obtain gauge)
4mm (US 6) 40 cm (16 in) circular needle (or size to obtain gauge)
4mm (US 6) 60-120 cm (24-48 in) circular needle for working yoke and body (or size to obtain
gauge)
TENSION/GAUGE:
18 sts and 31 rnds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over st st after blocking using 4mm (US 6) needles.
