Designer, Holli Yeoh, created this v-neck sweater, which has a flattering a-line shape and subtle texture on the sleeves and along the neck. It is worked from the bottom up in pieces and seamed. Originally, the sweater was designed in our Arranmore Light yarn but has now been reimagined in our Acadia yarn, which has a luxurious hand and creates a fabric with lovely drape.
The Rathbone pattern is part of the Fell Garth II collection and is also available in 2 kits. The Rathbone kit in Acadia includes the PDF pattern, 9-16 hanks of The Fibre Co. Acadia yarn and a project bag. The Rathbone kit in Arranmore Light includes the PDF pattern, 4-7 hanks of The Fibre Co. Arranmore Light yarn and a project bag.
The Fibre Co. Arranmore Light (80% Merino wool, 10% cashmere, 10% silk, 300 m (328 yd) per 100g hank) in Kinnego Bay – 4 [4: 5: 5: 5: 6: 6: 7: 7] hanks.

This tunic is worked flat, in pieces from the bottom up. Back shoulder shaping is fully fashioned with single/ double/ triple decreases (depending on size), and the front shoulders are worked straight with deeper armholes than the back, to move the shoulder seam towards the back for a decorative flourish, and an improved fit. Decorative ridged panels frame the front v-neckline and are worked on the upper back and sleeve cuffs.
