Description

The One Yoke Tee is a light and airy addition to The Fibre Co.’s popular One Series. Designed specifically for warmer seasons, this timeless tee is knit seamlessly from the top down and the knitter can choose whether to make a lace or texture yoke. The tee is worked in the round, with the body and sleeves separated at the underarm for a smooth, uninterrupted finish. Perfect for both casual and dressier occasions, this versatile design will quickly become a staple in your spring and summer wardrobe.

The lace version is knit in The Fibre Co.’s Acadia, offering the ideal combination of softness, comfort, and drape. The texture version is knit in Luma, a yarn designed for year-round  comfort.  Both yarns allow you to create lightweight fabrics that are soft and adaptable to changing temperatures, making the One Yoke Tee a wardrobe staple for the warmer months. Whether you’re drawn to the lovely cascading lace yoke or the minimalist texture, this tee will be a joy to create and wear.

Kits are also available for One Yoke Tee in Texture and Lace.

Construction notes:

One Yoke Tee is knit from the top down, seamlessly in one piece. Starting with the neck ribbing, and then following the instructions for the yoke design of your choice—Lace or Texture, the top is worked until the underarms where the body and sleeves are separated. Sleeve stitches are placed on hold whilst the st st body is continued in the round to the ribbed hem. Once the body is complete, sleeve stitches are placed back onto working needles and worked top down in the round to the ribbed cuffs.
