Yarn:
The Fibre Co. &Make Super Bulky (100% Peruvian Highland wool, 80 m (87 yd) per 100 g ball) in shades Betty White (A) – 1 ball, Spearmint (B) – 1 ball, and Monster (C) – 2 balls.
Construction notes:
The Nestie Baskets are worked from the base upwards. The base is worked in the round with a join at the end of each round, increasing on each round to create a flat circle. The sides of the basket are worked in the round with a join, but they are worked straight, with no increasing or decreasing.

The Nestie Basket Bunch comes as a set in three sizes: S (M, L)
Finished circumference (top edge): 41 (49, 56) cm [16.5 (19.5, 22) in]
Finished height: 11 (14.5, 18) cm [4.5 (6, 7) in]
Finished base diameter: 12 (14, 16) cm [approximately 5 (5.5, 6.5) in]
Gauge:
For the base: 30 stitches and 5 rounds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over double crochet and worked in the round, using an 8mm (US 6) crochet hook.
For the sides: 11.5 stitches and 9 rounds to 10 cm (4 in) measured over spike stitch and worked in the round, using an 8mm (US 6) crochet hook.
