About Smooth Sailing Tee

Designed by Dora Creadora, this simple summer tee draws inspiration from sailing ropes. The construction ensures a flattering fit at the neckline, which is the focal point of the garment. The simplicity of the design and the timeless stripes make it easy to wear and combine with other wardrobe staples like high-waisted trousers, skirts or over dresses.

Kit contains:

• PDF of Smooth Sailing Tee pattern
• 4 [5: 5: 6: 6: 7: 8: 9: 9] hanks of MC and 1 hank of each of 3 CC for all sizes in The Fibre Co. Luma
• Free Project Bag from The Fibre Co.

Colours:

We collaborated with Dora to curate the 4 colourway options shown above.

Dora knit her sweater (shown in the modelled photos) with main colour Luma Blanca and 3 contrasting shades of DK yarn leftovers. If you would like do the same, you will need 4 [5: 5: 6: 6: 7: 8: 9: 9] hanks of Luma for the MC and approximately 50 to 150 g of DK weight yarn from your stash for the CC stripe sections.

The kit is available in one of 4 colourway options as shown above. The colourway with Blanca as the main colour and contrasting colours Marigold, Aizome and Willow is the option to choose if you would like your Smooth Sailing Tee to look like Dora’s.

You could even make the tee in just one colour, with 5 [7: 7: 8: 8: 9: 11: 12: 12] hanks of Luma.
