About Daintylion

Daintylion is an airy sweater knitted seamlessly from the top down in The Fibre Co yarn, Cirro. It is designed to be perfectly worn over your favourite dress or camisole. You will enjoy knitting and snuggling up in this light sweater during the transitional months of fall and spring.

Colours:

The original sample made by Rebecca uses Cirro in the shade Divine. Choose from any colour in our Cirro range to create your own version.

Recommended ease:

The model has a size 45 in/114 cm bust. The model is wearing a size 5 (50 in / 127 cm bust) sweater. The recommended ease for this design is 4-8 in / 10-20 cm of positive ease in the bust.

You will also need:

• Size US 4 (3.5mm) circular needle 32 in (80 cm) or longer (for body and/or sleeve magic loop), or size needed to obtain gauge
• Size US 4 (3.5mm) double-pointed needles (for neckline and/or sleeves) or circular needle 16 in (40 cm) (for the neckline); or size needed to obtain gauge
• Size US 3 (3.25mm) double-pointed needles (for sleeve cuff) and circular needle 24 in (60 cm) or longer (for the waistband and/or magic loop sleeve cuff); or size needed to obtain gauge
• Stitch Markers
• Scrap yarn or stitch holders
• A tapestry needle
