The cowl is worked in one piece, from the point up, working back and forth to start and then joined in the round.
YARN:
The Fibre Co. Canopy Fingering (50% baby alpaca, 30% merino wool, 20% viscose from bamboo, 183m (200 yd) per 50 g hank) in River Dolphin – 2 hanks
NEEDLES:
Size 4 US (3.5mm) 24” or 61cm circular OR SIZE TO GET GAUGE
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
TENSION/GAUGE:
26 stitches & 38 rows = 4″ (10cm) in stockinette stitch
GARMENT MEASUREMENTS:
around top edge / 24″ or 61 cm
