With a dash of whimsy and a pinch of practicality, Tamdou is a cosy asymmetrical triangular shawl that’s perfect for showing off bright colours. Latticed lace sections are interspersed with garter stitch stripes, and a splash of picot in a contrasting colour binds off the edge. The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering creates a fabric that’s both sturdy and soft, with a lovely drape.

Note: Tamdou is designed to make the most of these 3 hanks with little left over. To make sure you don’t run out of yarn, please check your gauge. If you find you run close, you can simply leave out pattern repeats towards the end of the shawl – that won’t change its overall look.
