The Riptide Slipover is a cropped slipover with a cute, simple, lace-textured central panel in the front and back. The armhole bands run seamlessly into the side broken rib panels to the front split hem. This lightweight layer can easily be lengthened to your own preference. Wear it over a shirt or dress for relaxed everyday use, or style it dressy as a sleeveless top, with a smart pair of trousers or skirt.

Needles and notions required:

• 3.75mm (US 5) circular needle 80 cm (32 in) long (or size to obtain gauge) to knit everything except neckband
• 3.25mm (US 3) circular needle 50 cm (20 in) long (or size to obtain gauge) to knit neckband
• Spare needle or smooth waste yarn for holding live sts
• Stitch markers: 11, 2 unique
• Tapestry needle
